Cancellation requests
If you need to cancel an order, contact our team as soon as possible and include your order number. Cancellation may be easier before dispatch, but acceptance depends on order status, product type and applicable law.
Refund requests
Contact the store with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed individually with regard to the order status, applicable consumer law and any product-safety requirements. Some medicines or health-related products may be subject to restrictions on return or resale; this does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, our team will confirm the amount and the method and timing of repayment. If payment was arranged manually after order placement, our team will confirm the appropriate refund method directly.
